We are currently looking for a part-time receptionist to cover Thursday - Friday 2-7pm and Every 3rd Saturday 9:30-7. Tues and Wed will be added in the coming months. Duties include, but are not limited to: greeting and checking out clients, booking appointments, stocking retail shelves, inventory ordering, supporting stylists, and general salon upkeep. The perfect candidate has a pleasant smile and voice, is very organized, can type 40+ wpm, and is generally an upbeat, jovial person. If this sounds like you, please fill out the application below.

We’re a committed and passionate team of stylists committed to specializing in naturally curly hair. And we take our craft seriously.
Our day consists mostly of helping people of curl to embrace their natural texture and teaching them to style and maintain their curls and waves at home. We further aid and guide them through proper product application and techniques that ensures they get compliments everywhere they go; but most importantly, they can go out into the world feeling confident about their hair.
People of all textures and backgrounds choose us for our commitment to customized curl-by-curl cuts, individualized prescriptions, and ongoing encouragement and support. They come to us for our expertise and knowledge of curl types and textures. They come back to us because we speak encouragement and acceptance and we make a real difference in their lives.
We love geeking out on curls, porosity, and ingredients. When we are not behind the chair, we can be found talking about nerdy stuff like protein sensitivity, silk vs. satin, and getting teary-eyed over the transformation and healing moments we share with our clients.
We are dedicated to education – our own training, our role as educators to apprentices learning our trade, and with our curly clients and their curly offspring.

Currently hiring an experienced stylist with at least 3 years licensed and experienced. The ideal candidate is someone who loves to teach and still loves to learn as well.
This position starts at $19-24 per hour (DOE) plus generous client tips (approx $1200-1600/mo), and a full benefits package.
