Dear Valued Clients:
We miss you and we cannot wait to see you soon! In preparation for reopening, we want to let you know some precautions we will be taking to ensure the safety of our clients as well as our staff. Some are requirements handed down by the state governing bodies and some are extra precautions we decided were important.
We will be servicing one client per stylist at a time.
his means that you must come alone. No children may accompany you for your visit. There will be no waiting area or extra seating. If your child needs an appointment, they must be able to be here alone. If they are too young to be here without a parent, then we suggest you wait and book their appointment when we have a state-wide All Clear from the governor.
Limited services will be available until an All-Clear has been determined.
We will not be offering waxing at this time. Additionally, due to the one-client-at-a-time regulation, we must charge for extra time (drying, color processing) in the salon for extended services when we would normally be working on the next client. Please see our

Upon Arrival:
All clients must stay in the car and call us to announce their arrival.
We are spacing out appointment times to allow us extra time for disinfection of our stations and touchpoints throughout the salon. We will call or text to let you know when we are ready for you to enter the salon.
Masks must be in place before entering OlyCurl.
They also must stay on for the duration of your appointment. Stylists will be wearing eye protection as well during your appointment. Clients must have their whole face covered during a shampoo service, so we will place a towel over your face if you are having this service.
Clients will be verbally screened about health and exposure upon entry.
Staff will also be screened at the beginning of each shift.
All clients must sanitize their hands prior to entry.
Once inside, we will provide disinfecting wipes to wipe down your phone and keys. There is no replacement for proper handwashing with soap and water, so soap and water are abundantly provided as well; please do not wear gloves from home, as they give a false sense of security and actually spread germs.

Disinfect all applicable touchpoints. This includes: styling chair, station surfaces, hand mirrors, shears and tools, and touchpoints at the front desk. The bathroom will be also disinfected: toilet seat, lid, flush handle, faucet handles, faucet, sink, counter, soap pump, door handles and door.
Payments: We will be utilizing no-touch payment processing. We must have a card on file for your appointment to be confirmed.
