Thanks for stopping by! You arrived here because you saw the link from our Google Reviews. As an owner, I have to navigate reviews, both good ones and the occasional bad one. A couple weeks ago, I had someone post a review and was mad that I hadn't responded to their bad review, when I simply hadn't seen it yet. On July 10, another reviewer posted a review when we requested that she stop by so we could attain a hair swatch to do a strand test for her Bleach and Vivid Purple appointment. Two days ago she rewrote her bad review after I replied to her original review. Now she added that I have to have the last word. When my business is being defamed, of course I am going to defend it. I employ good people and I want to make sure their careers are secure and not threatened by others who have some sort of axe to grind. That is the reason I am posting this. I removed her phone number, but her name was on the public Google review, so I am leaving it here. We will always act out of an abundance of caution when working with chemicals. The integrity and health of your curls is always our top priority.

As of this post, 7/20/2026, she has three 1-star reviews that she has posted about other businesses and no good reviews. Too bad there is not a way to warn other innocent businesses when she walks through their doors. 

Am I being petty? Probably. But I also refuse to have my name dragged through the mud, especially when we are just trying to do right by our clients and protect their curls from unnecessary damage.

All of this because our stylist asked her to come in so she could get a hair sample to test it.
